The Black Faculty Staff Association (BFA) at Fresno State is dedicated to fostering a supportive community that uplifts, connects, and advocates for Black faculty, staff, and students.

We welcome all members of the Fresno State community who share our commitment to equity, inclusion, and educational excellence.

Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Black Faculty Association is open to:

• All Fresno State faculty and staff who support the organization’s mission and values.
• Students, alumni, and community members are welcome to engage as affiliates or collaborators in BFA programs and events.

The BFA values diversity and inclusion and operates in accordance with university and federal nondiscrimination policies.

How to Join

1. Complete the Membership Form
   Membership Form
2. Contribute Membership Dues Contributions help support programming, scholarships, and community engagement. Submit your $30 Payment to William Hardaway in Person.
3. Connect and Participate
    Once you join, you’ll receive information about meetings, initiatives, and ways to get involved.
