Professional and leadership development programs are designed to enhance skills and support ongoing career development for all employees. These programs are designed to offer a holistic approach to employee development and cultivating work-life balance.
Administrative Academy
Administrative professionals serving the university in various support roles will have the opportunity to network, share information and resources, learn from one another, and receive focused training to enhance their professional experience. This Academy seeks to create a learning community for administrative support staff.
Mentor Program
As part of our commitment to leadership development for both academic and administrative personnel, Fresno State will launch two mentor programs in 2015-16. The offices of Faculty Affairs and Learning and Wellness are collaborating with Dr. Kenneth Magdaleno from the Mentoring Center to coordinate these programs.
